I keep coming back to this album when I need to relax because of how well it captures the feeling of a beach resort. Though it's filled with natural sounds and textures, and the presence of the beach is consistent, the fact that this “natural” feeling is all artificial sticks in your head the whole time. Meticulously crafted so you have as much enjoyment as possible without noticing how plastic and fake everything around you is. A resort is artificial fun, and re.sort represents that perfectly.
Favorite track: Rayuela (ii).

perfectly plastic and organic at the same time. the chaos is calming. and that drumset sample is perfect. not sure if it's a reference but pairs well with the Cortazar novel w the same title
